Developing Managers Course

The NZRL Developing Managers Course is an introductory course that will arm you with the skills to manage your club or representative team.

There are pathways for managers from grassroots football all the way through to high performance roles. As with all team staff, the Team Manager plays a important role in the success of a Rugby League team.


Roles of a team manager include, ensuring coaches, support staff and players are sufficiently equipped with the correct resources and information that will enable them to complete the duties of their role. In addition, this ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for all involved.
